Landing

Landing calculations, like takeoff calculations, make use of all available data, including the airplane flight manual, flight manual supplements, and operational information supplements such as contaminated runway. The calculations have been validated using the same methodology that Gulfstream used to validate the onboard performance computer.

  • Similar to the takeoff, this screen is used for selecting the planned landing runway.
  • Enter the forecast temperature and winds, as well as runway contamination if needed, for the landing calculation.
  • Select aircraft configuration parameters before computing the data. Commercial operations under FAR 135, and fractionals under FAR 91 subpart K, are accommodated with factored landing distances.
  • Similar to the takeoff results, all of the information you need for the landing is on this screen.
